Venue

📍 The conference venue is the Julian Hodge Building at Cardiff University (see link here which includes details about parking and accessibility). Coffee and teas will be provided during break times. Please note that lunch will be provided on days two and three, but not day one.

Accommodation

🛖 Unfortunately there is no on-campus accommodation available. However, there are a large number of hotels, B&Bs and other options available within a short walking distance of the university.

Social events

🍛 There is an optional conference meal on the first evening (30 April) with space for 100 diners. This will be held at Basecamp Indian Kitchen and will cost and additional £30 when registering. 🍷 There will also be a free wine reception and poster exhibition at the conference venue on the second day from 18:00 to 20:00.

Registration

The conference runs from Wednesday April 30, 2025 12pm, to Friday May 02, 2025 6pm at the Julian Hodge Building, Cardiff University, Colum Drive, Cardiff, CF10 3EU. Online registration for the conference is essential. Ticket prices are:
